  • Room rates quoted includes 11% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge.
  • There is no guarantee bedding configuration, i.e. king size or twin beds, this will be subject to availability.
  • Check-in time is 15.00 hours and check-out time is 12.00 hours. Early arrival before 14.00 hours or late departure after 12.00 hours up to 18.00 hours will be subject to space availability and at 50% charge of the room rate. Any late departure after 18.00 hours is subject to 100% room charge and subject to space availability

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATION

  • No cancellation fee for any cancellation received before 16 days to arrival date.
  • If any cancellation receive between 15 days prior to arrival date will be applied penalty of 1 (one) night charge of the entire room charges.
  • If any cancellation receive between 14  – 08 days prior to arrival date will be applied penalty of 2 (two) night charge of the entire room charges.
  • If any cancellation receive less than 7 days or No Show will be applied 100% charge of the entire room charges.
  • Reduction of length of stay will be accepted if notice of reduction is received by the hotel at 7 days prior to arrival. Reduction of length of stay notified to the Hotel less than 7 days or upon check in will be treated as cancellation and guests will be charged according to their initial length of stay.
  • Cancellation fee will be charged to PERSONAL ACCOUNT.
